Palestinian official and their counter parts proved lack of political
negotiation skills in Washington . The move to accept Israel and
Palestinians to trade land for land makes sense but too premature to
acknowledge that fact and drop a very valuable card without formally
receiving or trading an Israeli acknowledgment same or more in value,
such as negotiating on the basis of 1967 boarders . . furthermore,
Palestinians assured Kerry not to proceed with their memberships with
the world criminal court as a note of goodwill…..so immature and
disgusting to drop my right and millions of Palestinians right to take
Israel officials to court for war crimes….maybe the Germans should have
negotiated these terms after WW2 with Israel .Palestinian officials
should have insisted on perusing their right to become a member of all
the UN baddies but as a good will note they will not motion any legal
act against Israel unless they see it an immanent strategic move. Same
goodwill result but with preserving a strong position rather than
preserving a weak one
